DELIVERY STANDARDS

LONG-TERM RENTAL DELIVERY & PICK UP

Delivery and pick-Up dates provided by Bob Drayton Inc. are approximate. The renter is responsible for providing a level and stable area for the delivery. If the area is not clear and accessible for delivery and the unit is not delivered, a delivery fee will apply. Bob Drayton Inc. shall have no liability for failure or delay in delivery/pick-up or failure to notify the customer of a delay or non-delivery/pick-up. Bob Drayton Inc. is not responsible for customer's failure to designate unit placement location for delivery. Once delivery is completed and the driver has left the site, there will be additional fees if Bob Drayton Inc. must return to the location to relocate the unit upon the renter's request. Relocation requests will be performed at Bob Drayton Inc. earliest availability. Customer must notify Bob Drayton Inc. to request final pick up for all rentals.

WEEKEND & SPECIAL EVENT RENTAL DELIVERY

Delivery dates provided by Bob Drayton Inc. are approximate. Generally, weekend rentals are delivered on the Thursday or Friday prior to your event. If the renter requests a specific day (date) for delivery and/or pick up, extra charges could apply. Our drivers do not have a hand-cart for delivery. The rental unit must be placed within 10 feet of where the driver can get to with the delivery truck. The renter is responsible for providing a level and stable area for the delivery. If the area is not clear and accessible for delivery and the unit is not delivered, a delivery fee will apply. Bob Drayton Inc. must have access to the area of delivery, including having any gates unlocked and/or open for delivery.Bob Drayton Inc. shall have no liability for failure or delay in delivery or failure to notify the customer of a delay or non-delivery. Bob Drayton Inc. is not responsible for customer's failure to designate unit placement location for delivery. Once delivery is completed and the driver has left the site, there will be additional fees if Bob Drayton Inc. must return to the location to relocate the unit upon the renter's request. WEEKEND & SPECIAL EVENT RENTAL PICK UP

Weekend rentals are normally picked up the Monday through Wednesday after the event, depending on when our driver is in the area. Bob Drayton Inc. must have access to the rental unit for pick up, including having any gates unlocked and/or open. If the area is not clear for the driver to get to the unit for pick-up, additional fees will be charged if the driver leaves the premises and needs to return to pick-up the rental. If the unit is moved from the original delivery location, extra pick up charges can apply.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

REFUNDS FOR WEEKEND & SPECIAL EVENTS

No refunds will be given if a rental has already been dispatched for delivery. You MUST contact our customer service department during normal business hours at least two days prior to the delivery date. If a service or delivery is canceled prior to the order being dispatched, a full refund will be issued back to the same form of payment received for the original order.

REFUNDS FOR MOBILE RESTROOM TAILERS

Upon order placement, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date. No refunds will be given if a rental has already been dispatched for delivery. You MUST contact our customer service department during normal business hours at least two days prior to the delivery date. If a service or delivery is canceled prior to the order being dispatched, a refund will be issued back to the same form of payment received for the original order minus the non-refundable deposit.

REFUNDS FOR LONG-TERM RENTALS

There is a 28-Day minimum charge on all rentals (excluding weekend & special event rentals).

No refunds or credits are available for any portion of the minimum rental charge even if the customer does not need the equipment or service for the full time period. Customer is responsible for full minimum rental cost at all times. Customer may choose to cancel the rental at any time by contacting our customer service department by phone. Credits are not generated automatically and MUST be requested by contacting customer service after a cancellation has been made. Courtesy credits will only be applied to outstanding invoices or applied to future orders. No refunds will be given.
